- 1974 - USA Coach world team @ 1st ITF World Championship Montreal, Canada
- 1974 - Promoted 5th Dan
- 1980 - Member of ITF World Demonstation Team
- 1982 - Awarded Marin Corp Legion Silver Medal Citizenship and Sports Award
- 1982-83 - Secretary Gen ITF
- 1983 - Promoted 7th Dan (1st occidental ITF Master)

Grandmaster Sereff, a loyal student of General Choi Hong Hi, the founder of modern day Taekwon-Do.
The United States Taekwon-Do Federation (USTF) still wears the ITF symbol in honor of General Choi.
